UK App Store Claims

You MUST complete this form if you were living, or if your business was domiciled, OUTSIDE THE UK ON 31 July 2026, and you or your business first made an initial purchase on or after 31 January 2026 and on or before 31 July 2026, IF YOU WISH TO BE PART OF THE CLASS SEEKING DAMAGES against Alphabet Inc., Google LLC, Google Ireland Limited, Google Commerce Limited and Google Payment Limited.

By completing this Opt-In Form, you are requesting to opt-in to the Google Play Store Claim. This means you will be included within the class of individuals and businesses Liz Coll represents against Google. By opting-in, you may be entitled to receive any money which may become available once the Google Play Store Claim is concluded.

The significance of submitting this Opt-In Form is further explained in the Class Representative’s Updated Notice of Amended Class Definition available here.

If submitting this Opt-In Form via email, please save it as a .pdf and sign it electronically, or alternatively print, sign and scan this Opt-In Form. Please then attach it to your email and use the subject line “Google Play Store Claim – Opt-In Form”.

Please note that once you have completed and submitted your Opt-In Form you do not need to take any further action at this time.

Please note: Under the rules of the Tribunal, if you were living, or if your business was domiciled, WITHIN the UK on 31 July 2026 AND if you or your business first made an initial purchase on or after 31 January 2026 and on or before 31 July 2026, AND you or your business meet the class member criteria as set out at in the Class Representative’s Updated Notice of Amended Class Definition available here you do not need to opt-in; you are automatically part of the class.

To be valid, your Opt-In Form must be submitted by 11 September 2026.
